Safety & reporting
To report or block someone, open their profile or your chat with them and tap the "⋯" menu. For urgent safety concerns, contact your local emergency services. See our Community Guidelines.
Account & privacy
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.
- Pause your profile: Settings → Pause my profile hides you from the feed while keeping your matches.
- Request your data / other privacy rights: email [privacy email]. See the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
- Not seeing matches? Widen your distance and age range in Settings, and make sure your profile is complete and not paused.
- Didn't get a confirmation email? Check spam, and make sure the address is correct.
- Get verified: Settings → Verification → Get verified, then follow the on-screen pose.
